For submit your site or blog to Yahoo click on submit site to yahoo firstly sign in toyahoo and see the right side preview and click on Mysites( see the left panel ) and then enter your URL and then click on Add My Sitethen in the next screen you will see two option for authentication for your site or blog so as in the below preview you have to choose "By adding a META tag to my home page." and copy the meta tag as shown in the below image and then go to Blogger Dashboard --> Design --> Edit HTML --> do tick on Expand Widget Templates and then find <head> [ using ctrl + F ] and paste the meta tags just after <head> and save template. After that go to again yahoo page and click on " Ready to Authenticate" .
